The home features an open concept living area with back windows that offer waterway views and fill the space with natural light. A screened lanai provides the perfect spot for your morning coffee to watch the morning mist rise off the water or catch glimpses of passing wildlife. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for you to prepare memorable vacation meals. The kitchen comes complete with place settings, wine glasses, serving dishes, and bakeware. Whether you’re brewing your morning coffee with complementary coffee pods, or crafting sunset cocktails, you’ll find all the necessary tools right at your fingertips. The home features two welcoming bedrooms. The primary bedroom provides a king bed with a master bathroom and the second bedroom has a queen bed with easy access to the main bathroom. The bedroom layout offers privacy for families, couples traveling together, or friends sharing the riverside getaway.

For boaters, Roger’s Park provides a public boat ramp to navigate your boat to our property’s dock, where you’ll find secure tie-up facilities for your vessel during your stay. Navigate the river westward to reach the Gulf of Mexico. This direct river-to-Gulf access opens endless possibilities for your water adventures.
Just minutes away, you’ll find the world-famous Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, home to the iconic mermaid shows and Buccaneer Bay water park. Crystal River, famous for swimming with manatees, is a scenic 30-minute drive north. Beach lovers can reach the white sands of Pine Island Beach in under 15 minutes or visit the powdery white sands of Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach that are just a scenic 60-minute drive away.
